
Seasons greetings! Yoga classes start from Friday 8th January 2021. All other appointments are available from 1st January in person or online. Yoga and Meditation Classes Classes are 90 minutes and combine Hatha yoga asanas with important complimentary stretch and strength exercises focusing on core strength, lower back strength, pelvic floor and building the entire muscular system for 60 minutes. We follow up with a truly relaxing guided meditation for 30 minutes. Guided Meditation Classes Classes are 45 minutes and provides a unique guided meditation suitable for all ages; especially good for stress-related conditions, anxiety and sleep issues. This is a great investment in yourself. All ages welcome. No experience required. Details: Online classes via Skype. Private sessions at Peregian Springs are available on request.
