Yoga and Guided Meditation
I am offering one-hour grounding and centering yoga and meditation classes online via Skype.
Classes are 1.5 hours and combine hatha yoga asanas with important complimentary stretch and strength exercises focusing on core strength, lower back strength, pelvic floor and building the entire muscular system for 60 minutes. We follow up with a truly relaxing guided meditation for 30 minutes.
A great investment in yourself. All ages welcome. No experience required.
Private and small group sessions on request. I am also available to teach at external venues and for groups.
Cost is $40 per month per person unlimited online classes.

Hatha Yoga, stretch, strength and stress release classes for all ages. Classes incorporate classical Hatha Yoga, with a significant portion of Iyengar Yoga and Viniyoga (personal attention) as well as complimentary stretch and strength exercises. The 60 minute class is followed by a 30 minute relaxing guided meditation.
Jan Bond is a certified Yoga teacher, with 35 years of yoga experience and has studied Yoga teacher training at the White Lotus Institute in California. Classes bear no religious affiliation.

Workplace yoga sessions are the ideal way to bring a calmer and more motivated environment to your office.

With yoga stretch, breathing and relaxation techniques we help the body and mind deal with stress. Stretch and stress release classes are held at your workplace throughout South-East Queensland (Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast), Australia.

Everyone needs to find tools to deal with every day stress and just 30 minutes before work or during lunch break can help you to obtain more from your life.
