Seasons greetings! Yoga classes start from Friday 8th January 2021. All other appointments are available from 1st January in person or online.
Yoga and Meditation Classes Classes are 90 minutes and combine Hatha yoga asanas with important complimentary stretch and strength exercises focusing on core strength, lower back strength, pelvic floor and building the entire muscular system for 60 minutes. We follow up with a truly relaxing guided meditation for 30 minutes.
Guided Meditation Classes Classes are 45 minutes and provides a unique guided meditation suitable for all ages; especially good for stress-related conditions, anxiety and sleep issues.
This is a great investment in yourself. All ages welcome. No experience required.

I’m hosting a ‘Raindrops’ style massage workshop this Saturday 3rd August 9am -5pm. This is a gentle and holistic form of essential oil massage using anti-inflammatory oils.
Raindrop-style therapy is an essential oil treatment enhancing the body’s immune system through aromatherapy, reflexology and gentle massage techniques. Drops of seven distilled essential oils are applied on the feet, back and neck using a feathering technique. This is an extremely gentle process that uses the strength of the essential oils as the main component for assisting healing, rather than manual pressure on the muscles. The style used for this type of therapy is a completely different concept to traditional therapeutic Swedish massage.

Join me twice a week for Guided Meditation Classes in Peregian Springs. We start with meditation technique and instruction, group discussion on spiritual topics such as auras, angels, healing, spirit guides, readings, and spiritual awareness, followed by a 30 minute guided meditation to evoke a deeper state of relaxation or awareness.

We are extremely fortunate to have Made from Ubud visiting Australia in October 2016. Made will be teaching a Traditional Balinese Massage workshop here in Peregian from 22-24th Oct (see more information here) and will be available for personal Balinese massage and treatment bookings from 19-125th Oct. Balinese massage is a combination of manual and aromatherapy massage and has a uniquely spiritual element. Price is $80 for an hour treatment. Not to be missed. I’m hosting a retreat to Bali up in the mountains of Ubud in May 15-20th, 2016. We have 3 places left. One place is a cancellation and has a deposit of $400 that can be transferred to someone else booking (first come, first served). The price for the retreat is approximately $2300 single occupancy; for the first booking it will be approximately $1900. This is open to women or men.
